Here is a great website explaining how to use WS FTP How to use WS FTP I have also attached a screenshot to explain what you will have to enter before you can connect. Once connected you will see your harddisk on the left and the server harddisk on the right. Your web folder is called public_html - Never ever delete this folder or your account won't work anymore.
